If you're searching for a fishing charter near me and you're anywhere on the Kenai Peninsula — Soldotna, Kenai, Cooper Landing, Sterling, Seward — you're in the right place. I run drift boat and power boat charters out of Soldotna, and I've been doing it for over 20 years.
Charter Options
- Full-Day Salmon Charter (8 hrs): Drift the upper or lower Kenai targeting Kings, Sockeye, or Silvers depending on season. All gear included, fish cleaning at dock.
- Half-Day Charter (4 hrs): Perfect for families or first-timers. Best for Sockeye in July or Silvers in August–September.
- Combo Salmon + Halibut: Fish the river in the morning, drive to Homer for halibut in the afternoon. Long day, epic results.
What's Included
- USCG-licensed captain (me) with 20+ years on the Kenai
- All rods, reels, tackle, and bait — no gear needed
- Drift boat or jet sled depending on conditions
- Fish cleaning and vacuum sealing at the dock
- Alaska fishing license assistance if needed
