Your Day on the Water
Here's Exactly What Happens on One of Our Trips
I want you to know what you're getting into before you set foot on my boat. Not because I'm worried — I'm not. Our trips speak for themselves. I just believe the best clients are prepared clients. So here's the real, unfiltered breakdown of a day with KenaiFlyFish.
We meet at the launch at 7am. My drift boat is already rigged, loaded, and ready. Within fifteen minutes you'll have a rod in your hand and a line in the water. We don't waste time on the Kenai — the river doesn't wait.
What's Included on Every Guided Trip
- All premium G.Loomis rods and Shimano reels — no rental fees
- Terminal tackle, bait, and flies appropriate for the day's target species
- Full fish processing, filleting, and vacuum-seal bagging
- Licensing guidance and ADF&G compliance — we keep you legal
- Lunch and beverages for full-day trips
By 3pm we're back at the takeout. Your fish are cleaned, bagged, and ready for the processor. You're sunburned, probably a little sore in the shoulders, and already planning your next trip. That's a good day on the Kenai.
